Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine red pepper, five spices, ginger, minced garlic, honey, orange juice and soy sauce.
  • Add beef to the mixture and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
  • Remove beef from marinade and thread it with the bell pepper onto 8 skewers.
  • Heat a cooking spray coated grill pan over medium heat. Add kebabs to pan and grill for at least 3 minutes on both sides.
  • Sprinkle the kebabs with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
