Instructions

  • Add vanilla, eggs, cottage cheese and oats into a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Then add blueberries and gently stir.
  • Now place a nonstick skillet over medium flame and coat it with little cooking spray. Then add 2 tbsp of batter to prepare each pancake. Allow it to cook for a few minutes or until the edges become sharp. Now flip the pancakes and cook the other side for a few more minutes.
  • Now combine maple syrup and yogurt and serve it with pancakes.
