Instructions

  • Cut the tofu in long pieces (finger-like shapes)
  • To prepare the baking dish, grease it with olive oil
  • Preheat the oven to 375 F / 190 C
  • Create a marinade by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper
  • Dip the tofu fingers in the marinade and cover from all sides
  • Then coat with bread crumbs from all sides
  • Place the tofu fingers on the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy
  • Tip: chili dip!
