Instructions

  • Cut 8 equal slices of peaches.
  • Cut Prosciutto and mozzarella into matching pieces.
  • Simmer the Balsamic vinegar in a pot over medium heat. Remove from heat once the vinegar has been reduced by half.
  • Now cook peach slices on a grill on medium heat until immediately they have caramelized or softened to the desired level.
  • Prepare a stack of Prosciutto, basil leaves, a mozzarella slice and a slice of grilled peach.
  • Repeat the process for remaining portions. Pour a little balsamic solution over each bundle.
  • Serve immediately.
