Instructions

  • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add bay leaf, garlic, thyme, shallots and onion. Cook the ingredients for a couple of minutes. Now reduce heat, cover the ingredients and continue to cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Add wine. Cover the mixture and continue to heat for a few more minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mussels. Cover the mixture and cook until the mussels open.
  • Sprinkle the dish with a little parsley and serve hot.
