Instructions

  • Scoop out 1-inch melon balls by using a melon baller. Transfer these balls into a bowl. Add in mint and keep it in the fridge.
  • Now boil the mixture of ginger, water and sugar in a pan until sugar gets completely dissolved. Continue boiling for a few more minutes so that the mixture is reduced by half and becomes like syrup.
  • Now remove the mixture from heat and add little juice. Transfer the contents into a container and keep it in the fridge.
  • When the dish is ready to be served, transfer the melon balls into 4 bowls. Spoon out little syrup and spread it over each bowl. If required, add more mint and serve immediately.
