Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into one and a half inch sticks just like typical French fries.
  • Transfer the potatoes sticks into a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned sweet potato sticks to the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown and crisp. Stir the potato sticks in between the cooking for even cooking.
  • When the potato sticks are brown, remove from the oven and serve with Greek yogurt dip.
