Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Into a bowl, combine pear nectar, lemon juice, eggs, grated lemon rind and vegetable oil.
  • Now add wheat flour and all-purpose flour and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  • Add salt, nutmeg, baking powder, granola and pears into the mixture and mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture and stir well to form a thick and consistent batter.
  • Prepare muffin cups according to your requirements.
  • Pour the batter evenly across the muffin cups.
  • Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes or until they become golden brown.
  • Remove the baked muffins and allow them to cool.
