Instructions

  • Take 1 egg white and mix it with all the ingredients except for the remaining 5 egg whites
  • Whisk the other 5 eggs until they have this foamy texture
  • Carefully mix the whisked egg with the other mixture (you want it to stay foamy!)
  • Pour the mixture into 4 muffin tins / depending on the size of your tins / you might also user other kinds of tins and leave it in the fridge for around 2-3 hours
  • Grab it and leave it for 5 minutes outside the fridge before eating
  • You can make a lot of this mixture in one batch, as the USDA states that egg whites in the FREEZER are good for around 12 months (never tried it though)
  • Enjoy
