Instructions

  • In a big bowl, whisk - lemon juice, olive oil, garlic paste, oregano and salt together.
  • Add shrimps (peeled and clean) to this marinate, give a nice toss and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread 5-6 shrimps on skewers; place them on hot and smokey barbeque.
  • Keep an eye on the shrimps, toss them quickly, they cook really fast. Cook only for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Once done, remove from barbeque and serve with salad or salsa of your choice.
