Instructions

  • Place a skillet over medium flame and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Then cook some broccoli in it for a few minutes.
  • Take a small bowl and combine dill, feta and egg in it. Now transfer the mixture on to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Flip it over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve the omelet with toast.
