Instructions

  • Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  • Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and let it cook along with potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain potatoes and broccoli in a colander and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Spray a baking pan with oil.
  • Spoon potato and broccoli in the baking pan.
  • Whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture on the potato and broccoli. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese. Bake for another 5-6 minutes until cheese melt.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm.
