Instructions

  • Cut thin cucumber strips using a large knife, lengthwise
  • Take a bowl and mix drained tuna, lemon juice, yogurt, pepper and salt
  • Across one end of the cucumber strip add one tbsp of tuna salad. Then top it up with a small amount of carrot slice
  • Start preparing rolls!
  • To prevent unrolling you may consider using a toothpick
  • Serve the fresh rolls on a plate
