Instructions

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and saute onion and celery until soft.
  • Add green peas, garlic, salt, black pepper and vegetable stock.
  • Cook the broth until green peas are soft and tender.
  • When the green peas are cooked remove from the heat and let it cool.
  • Put into the blender and puree the green peas.
  • The soup is ready, reheat it before serving.
  • Top it with Greek yogurt.
