Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 400 degree Celsius. After piercing potatoes with a fork, wrap them using a foil and bake them in an oven for at least an hour.
  • Whilst the potatoes are cooking, you may prepare sauce required for this dish.
  • Take a saucepan. Add flour and milk in it. Cook the ingredients under simmer condition. Keep whisking the ingredients until the mixture has sufficiently thickened and smooth.
  • Then microwave the broccoli for at least 5 minutes.
  • Now use a knife to split the potatoes. Then spoon out little cooked broccoli into the potatoes and top them using cheddar sauce.
