Instructions

  • First, pre heat the oven
  • Then take an oven safe dish and place chops over it and keep it inside the oven
  • Until the meat turns white in color broil it
  • In the meantime cook rice
  • Take a medium pot and mix ¼ cup water, spice and carrots in it and set it aside
  • Flip over the chops in the oven and allow them to cook. Then reduce the heat in the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Mix basil, cinnamon, brown sugar and mustard
  • Then remove chops from the oven and mix them with the mustard mixture
  • Again place the chops in the oven and set a low temperature
  • After boiling all the vegetables, allow them to simmer
  • After chops are done, serve them with vegetables and rice
