Instructions

  • Cut the chicken in small size and marinade with yogurt, and green chilies for at least one hour.
  • Grind the almonds with little water to make a smooth paste.
  • Take a deep pan and heat oil, add cumin seeds and saute ginger, garlic paste for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Add almond paste, salt, pepper and allspices, mix well and let the chicken cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Sprinkle fresh cilantro and serve hot.
