Instructions

  • Place a saucepan over high flame. Add water and carrots into it and bring them to boil. Now reduce the flame and allow the carrots to cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Now take a small bowl and add soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple juice and honey in it. Set aside the carrots when they are sufficiently cooked.
  • Now cut 12 equal slices of tenderloin and sprinkle them with pepper and salt. Now place a saucepan over medium flame and melt some butter in it.
  • Then cook the pork for a couple of minutes or until they become soft. Now flip the pork and allow to cook the other side for a couple of minutes.
  • Now add carrots into the saucepan containing the pork. After glazing them again , cook them for at least 2 minutes. Now take 4 plates and divide the dish equally between them. Now sprinkle chives over them and serve.
