Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 185 degrees Celsius.
  • Sprinkle tilapia fish with a little salt and pepper. Now arrange the fillets at the center of a pan that is lightly coated with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic cloves, parsley and olives. Spread this mixture around the fish fillets on the pan.
