Succulent scrimps always make for a perfect snack. And when these shrimps are slightly spiced they become even tastier. I have always loved shrimps in different forms. In fact, I have more than a dozen recipes that include shrimps as the main ingredient.
This snack whilst being low on calories and fat count is rich in protein. Therefore, if you are looking for a healthy snack that can provide you instant energy and help build muscle then this is it. This is one of my favorite snacks all year round.

Bodybuilding Low Spice Shrimp Kebabs

Ingredients for Prepare servings servings with these ingredients

    0.2 x cup Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium

    Brown Sugar

    1 x tsp Oil, sesame, salad or cooking

    2 x tsp Spices, ginger, ground

    1 x clove Garlic, raw
    Per serving 0 g protein 0g carbs 0 g fat

    Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, raw

    4 x large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw

Instructions

  • Take a glass bowl and combine sesame oil, soy sauce, scallions, jalapeno, ginger, garlic and sugar.
  • Add shrimps to the above mixture. Cover the mixture and set it aside for at least an hour to marinate
  • Place the bamboo skewers in cold water for pre-soaking
  • In the meantime, preheat grill or broiler
  • Take skewers and thread the marinated shrimps. Then grill or broil for a few minutes on either side.
  • Serve hot
