Instructions

  • Take little salt water and cook pasta in it according to directions. Set aside ½ cup of this water.
  • Then take a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and lemon zest in it.
  • Now peel asparagus in a ribbon form using a vegetable peeler.
  • Now add cooked pasta in a pot. Then toss it with little pasta water, ground pepper, salt, oil cheese, lemon juice and zest and asparagus.
  • Divide the above combination equally between 4 bowls and top each of them with Parmesan.
  • Serve immediately.
