Instructions

  • Let the oven be preheated to 190 degrees C
  • Take a bowl and add salsa, cilantro, black beans, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Take 1 tortilla and spread the salsa mixture at its centre. Then keep the remaining portion of tortilla over the filling.
  • Now take a baking sheet and place quesadilla over it and brush little butter over it.
  • Now place the quesadilla in the oven and bake it until it turns brown. You can use a pizza cutter to slice quesadilla.
  • Before serving garnish quesadilla with red bell pepper and guacamole.
