Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix tomatoes, salsa, olives, zucchini and capers. Keep it aside.
  • Sprinkle chicken with breadcrumbs. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and cook both the sides until it becomes golden brown.
  • Reduce heat and add water. Cover the mixture and continue to cook until the chicken is done.
  • Serve chicken with salsa mixture and if required, garnish it with olives.
