Instructions

  • Heat a skillet and pour little olive oil to it, when the oil is hot add ground beef and fry until brown.
  • When the meat is no longer pink add veggies, corn, stock, rice, red chili powder, salt and picante sauce. Stir to well combine all the ingredients.
  • When it starts boiling reduce to low heat to cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is done.
  • Check in between to stir occasionally.
  • When the rice is cooked and all the liquid is absorbed remove from the heat and sprinkle fresh cilantro.
  • Serve hot.
