Instructions

  • Cut the cauliflower florets in very small pieces, wash and drain until no liquid is left in the florets.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry onions until translucent, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add drained cauliflower, salt and pepper stir and cook over low medium heat.
  • Cook until cauliflower is soft but crisp, remove from the heat.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve.
