Instructions

  • First cook rice according to the directions
  • Cook the turkey by broiling it, grilling it or pan-frying it. Then add a dash of pepper and salt.
  • Cook the turkey for at least 15 minutes
  • Place a saucepan over medium heat and cook green pepper, garlic, onions, ginger, orange juice, sugar and vinegar in it for about 8 minutes
  • Take a small bowl. Add soy sauce and cornstarch in it and whisk for a few seconds until the mixture thickens considerably.
  • Add green onions into the above mixture and stir for a few seconds. Then remove it from heat
  • You can serve this dish with rice and mandarin slices
