Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take asparagus spears and trim the woody ends so that the trimmed pieces are of same size.
  • Roll a ham piece over each asparagus piece and secure it using a toothpick. Make sure the asparagus pieces are laid flat over a baking sheet that is sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Roast one side of asparagus pieces for at least 10 minutes or until it is sufficiently browned.
  • Now turn over the asparagus pieces and continue to roast the other side until this side is lightly brown and crisp.
  • Serve the roasted asparagus wrapped in ham immediately.
