Instructions
- Fist up, sprinkle salt over the cucumber and set is aside for a few minutes to marinate.
- Then start chopping parsley and mint leaves.
- Now rinse and drain the cucumber using a colander.
- Take a large bowl. Add hot paprika, yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, mint and the cucumber. Mix well.
