Instructions

  • Fist up, sprinkle salt over the cucumber and set is aside for a few minutes to marinate.
  • Then start chopping parsley and mint leaves.
  • Now rinse and drain the cucumber using a colander.
  • Take a large bowl. Add hot paprika, yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, mint and the cucumber. Mix well.
  • Cover the above mixture and keep it in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • Use toasts while serving.
