Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients except water into a mixing bowl.
  • Add water as desired to make a nice batter for pancakes.
  • Heat a non stick pan and spray little olive oil on it.
  • Pour a big spoonful of batter on the frying pan, cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
  • Flip the pancake when golden brown from the bottom.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown from both sides.
