Instructions

  • Take a non-stick cooking pan. Spray a small amount of olive oil over it
  • Take a small mixing bowl. Add 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs into it
  • Whisk until whole eggs and egg whites mix completely
  • Then add 1 whole finely chopped red chili, 1 finely chopped clove garlic and ¼ finely chopped onion
  • Add a pinch of herbs and 50g of cottage cheese. Mix all the ingredients completely
  • Transfer the contents of mixing bowl on to a moderately heated frying pan
  • In the meantime, place your toast inside a toaster
  • Keep stirring to form scrambled eggs
  • Once the scrambled eggs are ready place them on the toast
  • Serve it hot on a large plate
