Instructions

  • Add onion, diced tomatoes, beer, tomato sauce, corn, black beans and chilli beans into a slow cooker. Then add taco seasoning and blend the ingredients properly.
  • Place the chicken breasts over the above mixture and gently press it so that it gets slightly covered by the above mixture. After setting the cooker on low flame, cook for at least 5 hours.
  • Now slowly remove the chicken breasts and allow it to cool down so that they can be handled easily.
  • After shredding the chicken breasts, spread them evenly over the soup and continue cooking for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot
