Instructions

  • Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk, then add pepper, salt, chili powder and paprika powder.
  • Put the cornflakes in another bowl (make sure they are finely crumbled).
  • Slice the chicken into small pieces.
  • Piece by piece, dip the chicken in the eggmixture, then cover it in cornflakes and put in a medium hot pan.
  • Make sure all the chicken pieces are golden brown on each side.
  • Heat the wraps in the microwave, as described on the package.
  • Put the lettuce and tomatoes on the wrap, add the chicken and cheese.
  • Sprinkle the dressing on the wrap and roll it up.
