Instructions

  • Flat the chicken breast with the help of a rolling pin; pound it to make a thin layer that can be rolled up nicely.
  • Cook the mushrooms on low heat with white wine, lemon juice and dill.
  • Simmer the mushrooms until dry. Now let the mixture cool for some time.
  • Take the flatten chicken breast, spread mushroom mixture on it and tightly roll them up, seal them with the help of a toothpick.
  • Dip the chicken rolls in the milk and coat them nicely with bread crumbs.
  • Bake the coated chicken rolls in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 350 degree.
  • Enjoy baked mushrooms and chicken rolls.
