Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook ground turkey for about 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  • Add ginger, garlic paste stir and continue cooking until brown.
  • Meanwhile whisk together – corn starch, soy sauce, broth, vinegar and chili powder; set aside.
  • When the turkey is brown and starts sticking to the pan add trimmed green beans.
  • Also add broth mixture and stir continuously to mix well.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes or until beans are soft and tender.
  • Add salt and pepper to adjust seasoning.
  • Serve hot along with brown rice.
