I make this recipe to get maximum amount of complete protein. Ground beef goes well with green peas and makes a chili like recipe that is loaded with lots of protein and fiber. This is a super meal if combined with other source of complex carbohydrates. I use to make it on weekends and freeze it to use on weekdays when I hardly get any time to cook.
This is an easy recipe do not tempted to add other ingredients in this preparation and make it more complicated because simplicity of this recipe is the key of perfection.
The actual flavor and taste of this recipe is superb, I like it very much and wants you to try it for once.
