Instructions

  • Take a food processor or a blender and combine salt and flour in it.
  • Then add hot water and oil. Continue blending until the mixture stops sticking to the edges.
  • Now remove the mixture from the container and cut into 4 equal pieces.
  • Roll the dough on a flat surface that is lightly sprinkled with flour.
  • If you find difficult to roll the dough then set it aside for a minute.
  • Now place a large skillet over medium heat and coat it with little cooking spray.
  • Until the surface starts to bubble, start frying one piece after another.
  • After one of the sides becomes brown, flip it over and allow the other surface to become brown
  • Before serving cut each piece into quarters
