Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber in half, lengthwise and scoop out the centre part to make a boat like shape out of it.
  • Prepare the stuffing by mixing sprouts, chopper tomato, onions, peanut, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients to well combine.
  • Now fill the stuffing in the cucumber boats and sprinkle lemon juice on the top.
